It's no secret Lotus has been in trouble for a while. CEO Dany Bahar was let go in 2012. The automaker lost more than $251 million in its fiscal year that ended March 31, 2013. It's reducing its workforce of 1,215 employees by as many as 325 in an effort to cut costs and stop losses. However, things are getting better...a little.
A few days ago, we showed you the first shots of the new Ring Brothers creation dubbed “Recoil.” It essentially was a hyper tuned 1966 Chevelle. Now we have more details and better pictures, and it’s better than anyone could have hoped for.
Lightning strikes again. This video features a 2nd generation Ford F-150 Lightning sport truck that has obviously been heavily modified. There is no mod list for this factory supercharged F-150 pickup, but as soon as the green light drops and this bright red Ford truck rockets away from the line – it is very clear that this truck is making some very serious power.
I admire any person or company that has a vision and the work ethic to make that vision into a reality, especially when it comes to something as labor-intensive as a custom car. SEMA is full of them, but let's face it - some of them are downright hideous despite the hours of knuckle-busting and Red Bull swilling that went into them.
